This versatile, robust and extremely sharp knife is forged from a single bar of ball-bearing steel. It’s suitable for a variety of tasks: cutting chicken and fish, de-veining and peeling shrimp, and peeling fruit and vegetables. In use, blade is pinched between thumb and forefinger, and the rest of the fingers wrap around the short handle. The blade is about 3.5” long; nicknamed VLB, for ‘Vicious Little Bugger’.
Please note: All blades are hand-forged, resulting in a final product that is unique and unrepeatable with some variation from the photo. Your knife will look similar and meet the specifications described here. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for forging and delivery.

Beautiful little knife. It looks like nothing else you will have in your kitchen. I have just started to use it and am still getting the hang of holding it properly. I recommend it especially to people with small hands. Working with Arnon was a pleasure as he gives updates of the status of the order and helpful suggestions. He is a true artist.

It’s the first knife I pickup in the kitchen. The primary function of any knife is Cut and that it does brilliantly. It’s small and the weight is distributed well and damn it, it feels right in my hand and the size doesn’t really matter. By the way, sharpening it easy and a breeze.
